Wanna hear Dave,
Prestige 250,,"bogus weld" on the HX,,leaks everywhere under except where it`s supposed-to.
Supposedly two in Canada, and as luck would have-it,,I got one!!
Not a happy camper!
But then again- who cares for "Canadian Opinions", right?

Awh Come on Dave
We love our Canadian Brothers. We've all had the day you had. " Gee, we've never heard of that happing before ", never really helps when the job is going South ( see Not North ).
You'll get em next time.
As Robin Williams said " Canada is like a loft apartment over a really good party ".
Sorry Dave could'nt help it

The factory?
Are you getting the support you need right now, Dave?Retired and loving it.0 -
Dan
Well the paper-trail has begun, had my wholesaler on site to look Monday,,just a waiting-game now.
I`m not too discouraged though, sure TT will set things right!
BTW-I have pics, interested in an Email?(I didn`t want to post them.)
Dave0 -
Sure.
Take care of the customer. I'm sure TT will do the right thing. They're a good company.
And please stay calm. No reason to get the blood pressure up. It's just life.Retired and loving it.0 -
Laugh?? I think not
Geez Dave, it happens to all of us at some time. Screw the paper trail, get a new unit from your supplier, get your customer some heat, and sort it out later. People wonder why we mark up equipment so. I'm still waiting for a labor allowance from a certain AC condensing unit manufacturer whose compressor literally BLEW UP on start up. Eight years ago!! It took me 3 months to get the equipment cost rebated. Times have changed. TT and your supplier will certainly do all they can to rectify the situation. Gotta keep the customer satisfied. (Wasn't that a Paul Simon song?)

Ya Tom,
had an extra or two kicking around in my truck!
The heat IS on, just waiting for the replacement.
