We recently replaced some 2" and 2 1/2" ball valves on a hot water heating system. Everything went smoothly except that there is a verrry small leak from one of the joints on the ball valve.
Draining that line in order to resolder would not be too difficult, but disassembly would be tough and would require the creation of many more joints. Does any one know of a product or type of solder (brazing?) that would work under these circumstances? (The Rigid/Viega system is starting to look more attractive!!)0 -
