wood fired gasifiction boiler

I recently purcrchased a Gasifire 130,000 btu boiler to update my heating system. I haven't had much luck getting a heating professional to do the install and it looks like I may do it myself. The boiler has a 180degree out put and wants to see 160degree on the return. I am hooking this into a very old gravity system with a newer 103,000btu electric boiler already in place as a backup to a coal/wood fire tube boiler which has two out feeds and two returns(aprox 2.5 inch). The electric boiler is tapped into these via 1 inch copper. I was thinking this would be the place to do it. I am comfortable sweating copper pipe but am struggleing with the design. At this point I just want to get hooked up as a one zone system but in the future,if I have enough output on the new boiler, heat hot water and maybe another small space.

Hooking up this boiler on your own could be a serious mistake that could have fatal consequences. Without specific installation information FROM THE MANUFACTURER, you could create an unsafe installation nightmare.....be safe and be careful. This doesn't sound like a DIY project. Wait for professional help.
