I was intalling,
a Prestige 250 in this place using BI(as I always do), filled the system, no leaks, except one, the upper hx connection! Now I am always careful not to put any strain on fittings as I am tightening(always use 2 wrenches), and I thought this connection was flare or compression ferrule but it`s not.
Sure was PO`d when I had to return to my shop to cut this small gasket.
Anybody else had trouble with these?

I have had the same problem on 2 solo 110 in a row the upper union connection was finger tight on both I always check for tightness on both unions now the factory has resolved the problem0 -
My lower union leaked...
I think it was kharma because I asked my pro if he pressure tests like it says to do in the manual and he said "nah, they never leak". Sure enough it did but it was small and noticed right away.0
