So here you are on the Wall...a great place to be to learn about steam and hot water. May I suggest an investment in your trade, or your comfort & savings account? Dan's books really do give the reader a complete understanding of these systems, and will give the tech an instant head start on the troubleshooting game and the homeowner the confidence to ask the right questions and make the simple repairs themselves. These books are not your standard textbooks that are full of calculations and schematics...they really help the average Joe or Jane understand the system by explaining things in a easy to read manner. I really like and recommend Pumping Away & Primary/Secondary Pumping Made Easy, as well as the current special 'A Steamy Deal' which will increase your knowledge of all steam systems and your troubleshooting abilities. Take it from me, you will be amazed at what there is to learn! Thanks Dan for breaking it all down,
Tim
