Radiant Floor Heat and Bamboo
I have a person inquiring about the compatibility with Bamboo wood floors. I thought that there was a prior discussion on this forum.
Any thoughts.

Bamboo
It is my understanding, the harder & more dense a wood is, the more dimensionally stable it will be. I've attached a copy of the Janka hardness table. Note that high moisture content woods, the ones you should steer clear of in most instances, are near the bottom of the scale. I would try to verify the species/type of bamboo you are considering and insure where it is on this scale. Try to minimize the width of the planking you are using.
As with any real wood flooring, a proper heatloss and design is essential to control floor temperatures. Acclimation is critical to the success of any radiant installation.
Below is a link referring to your exact question.
