Of course I'd also like the title of Lord Scott.

That might work enough to not sell the Title. " Daddy, could we have a .....". " Whoa, whoa, there young un, thats your Lordship ! "

I suppose that would'nt work with the wife so I might as well go for the heat..

    Heating in Scotland

    There's an article in yesterday's NY Times about a Californian who just bought Achamore House on the island of Gigha, Scotland. He automatically became Lord of Achamore, a title he quickly sold and used the money to fund a heating job for the 14,000 square foot house which, to this point, has never had central heating. I wonder if there's any way of finding out what is being done to heat this place? Quite a challenging job, I'd bet.
