I'm looking into prices of tungsten carbide grit hole saws (I looked at MK Morse) and I figure if they are not too expensive it would be great to drill out an already 1" tap from a hot water beauty slowly and then tap it for 2" so steam can be happily supplied and condensate can be happily returned. What are your experiences?0 -
rad
Maybe the one inch connection could work. how big is the radiator0 -
It really wouldn't be practical since this rad is about 40 plus sqft edr and 9 sections at 38". A 1" supply for steam is just not proper sizing considering this rad. It should be at least 1 1/4 " because of the reduction at the angle valve. I don't think I'll be using it anyways so my idea is kaput Thanks though Bob0
