How to contact Peerless, aka PB Heat, LLC ???
We had a Peerless PSCII-3 direct vent gas fired boiler installed about a year ago. We are still having noise and vibration issue with it. We used an established and licensed pro with all permits for the install. They basiclly ignored us after it was installed saying with the direct vent fan that was the nature of the beast. The regional rep replaced the fan with a newer unit and it helped a littel but.. still induces a vibration that get transmitted to the fin tube. Wasn't very noticable over the summer when it was indirect only.
What is the next step in resolving this ??
How can I escalate this issue above the regional rep?
Can't find anything about PB Heat, LLC beyond a PO box and address in PA at the bottom of the warrant.

Question
You mentioned it wasn't very noticable over the summer with the indirect running . Do you mean the noise was lower or it didn't run as often as in winter time ?0 -
summer noise
It isn't as noticeable when the only circulation path is between the boiler and indirect. You can still feel the vibration in the pipe . When we start to circulate through the zone valves to the fin tube we start to have problems. Not sure which combination of circulation paths is worse, we have 2 heating zones and an indirect zone so ource system has 8 possible circulation states from all off to all on.
One suggestion I have heard is to use a section of btaided pipe like you find on an exhaust system between the boiler and the zone feeds. Does this exist for plumbing? Is it air and water tight?0 -

Tried that...
I tried directory assistance, PB Heat LLC and Peerless listings no luck. No luck with on line white and yellow pages and the Peerless.com web site does not give a number or means of contact either. Found via syte of PA web site that PB Heat, LLC is registerd corporation with foreign ownership . No name or numbers listed.0 -
Lee, any luck with the e-mail address I gave you? If not I know a few more folks from Peerless I can try to connect you with.
