V8043E/F 3x zone hook up to L8124 aquastat relay

But I always think of ZV's as having cold contact end switches. The cold contacts make the circuit turning on the burner and starting up the pump. In your case, that would be @ T & T.

I'm pretty sure THAT control does NOT have enough power to run the ZV's and/or power the 'stats. You must run a seperate 40VAC transformer to power the 'stats and ZV's.

Both Zc and Zr appear to be line voltage (115 volts, not 24) as well as switched. Not useable in your application as far as I can see.

i'm in the process of hooking up 3x zone valves and thermostats. Currently using a L8124A to control original two pipe series hot water radiators. when i'm hooking up the thermostats, i just plan on tying splicing into the existing thermostat wire with the other 2x thermostats near the aquastat relay. for the Zone valve (2x V8043E and 1x 8043F) hookup should i tie into the currently unused Zc and/or Zr contacts?

You can find good wiring diagrams for this from Honeywell at the website http://customer.honeywell.com. This is important--when the site comes up, immediately scroll down the the bottom right corner. In the very bottom little blank box, type in V8043. Up will come installation instructions for the zone valves. Then you can look through the wiring diagrams for one showing the L8124.
