Says it has 3-speed circ, adj press bypass valve, 4-wy mixing valve, automated 4-wy valve possible with addl parts & reset. Anyone used this yet? Looks like a great bypass solution and I am wondering if they should be standard on installs?

oh, ok

I know that one, i've put 5 or so of the HeatLink ones in, makes for a quick simple install. I spec one anytime there's 4 way mixing.

VEISSMANN HAS ONE

i haven't used this grundfos one, but Veissmann started making the same thing about 10 years ago. They work great on single family homes but can't handle the flow required on larger buildings.
They are great, and I'm sure the Heatlink one is great. I only use Heatlink radiant products.

buy the actuator...

If you're using this product with a conventional boiler (one that needs protection against flue gas condensation) be sure to get the actuator/controller for the 4-way valve and install the boiler inlet temperature sensor. It's the only way a 4-way valve has "the smart" to properly protect the boiler (no brain - no protection).
