Wow!
It is difficult to think who is the more fortunate...Laars for the foresight or Noel as he enters into and continues in the good work that he has already started....
Way To Go !
I need to go practise my Vulcan Mind Meld on a 45 year old side arm heat exchanger with a 120 gallon Domestic electric water heater today that (Suddenly) is not keeping up with demand...(or so i am told)... probably new teenager tenants in the building...and ops ...that piece of information completely slipped through the cracks before it got to me...
That is where Noel will likely save countless hours of daylight for Laars....0 -
Joannie,
You do know he is as good as they get; don't you?
If not, wait a day or two(;-o)

Best wishes in your new venture! I hope to see you at tradeshows, Oilstocks, BigUglies, whatever! Drop us a line once in a while.0 -
Thanks, everyone!!
Oh, it feels GREAT to be in New Hampshire at Laars Heating!!!
A great place to work with 21st century heating equipment! Lisa and I bought a house built in 1710 that Lisa just HAD to have, and I bought a new '08 F-350, just like my old one ('95), only newer.
I can't get this smile off my face....
Life couldn't be better.
Laars is a GREAT company with GREAT products. I look forward to working with all of you.

I'll miss it in a good way
I'll not be driving the LIE, and each time I think of it, I'll smile a little bit.
Thanks for the good words.
Noel0 -
I'll bet not, Mark
That doesn't seem to be the direction that the industry is moving in.
I have put some thought into it, though. My ideas involve a large amount of water in the condensing side of it, though, and that would make it huge and heavy, and not practical yet. The thought never seems to go away, though.
Thanks,
Noel0 -
I'm very happy......
.....for you Noel. Congratulations!

Welcome Home Noel
Sounds like a good place to be, both work and your new home. October is the month of months north of the Merrimack.
Best Wishes!

I'll miss your help
Noel:
I didn't get a chance to wish you the best of luck with Laars. Sorry I didn't see you before you left. You and I go back a long way. I can only wish the very best for you and your family. I will miss your advice and we will certainly miss your knowledge. This industry is a better one with you in it, regardless of who you are working for.
Stay in touch.

Then maybe
we need to grab the steering wheel!
90%+ boiler efficiency IS possible on steam. It's been done, just not in residential sizes. The first manufacturer to bring out such a boiler will sell a LOT of them.
