your low voltage control wiring is incorrect. Can you get your installing contractor to sort it out? Or a local Uponor trained tech? Perhaps take a pic of the manifold and post it as well?

    how to separate zones

    my system is by Uponor...the 6 zones heat all zones no matter which thermostat
    is calling for heat. with a 5 zone Taco how will i be able to heat only the zone when that thermostat calls for heat?
