Long Island P & H contractors will never be the same.........

Hey you'll. At the LI Big Ugly a few months ago I asked a fellow Wallie and LI COntractor friend '...HOW??????? he dealt with all the ^%$#^&*%$#^()*()!##@~#@%$#% PAPERWORK'
that we all - especially the smaller companies get bogged down in. The name and number he gave me next made the the whole evening REALLY worthwhile. I wasted NO time in calling and emailing Pam to helped me dig out of my paperwork nighmare. As many of us learn the hard way: being a great mechanic is ONLY a small part of running a successful small business. When Pam first came, I was afraid that my dry, dusty old barn office that was in a paperwork shambles with little to no organization would scare her away. It was hot!!! 90 most days up here. She rolled up her sleeves and first "mucked" out the barn - literally, going through and under everything and surface...behind desks and files. It took her 5-6 visits just to get a neat office and filing system. We are now on to bigger and better things, like making projections, budgets and planning. She is worth EVERY penny and her efforts have freed me up to get out in the field. Anyone in my boat should really think of getting her involved whilst she still has a little room left. Pam Humbert of P.K. Services was the best thing to happen to Triple Crown in a LONG time. Thanks, Pam. You can see Pam's FAP ad by putting in her zip 11731

I owe my contractor friend a HUGE debt of gratitude and some nice drinks next time we get together.

Congratulations man, you've found out what took me a few years to figure out also. A good office manager can stream line a business and free you up to do what you do best.

I'm Happy for you man. With ten guys , I have Lea and Cheryl to keep us in the green, ( real term is in the black but hey ).

When I hired Lea to do the billing Cheryl said to me " Scott you need to do this . " My responce was " I suck at it ". Now I'm free to sell jobs , help with troubles, attend seminars and to see my kids at night,

Free at last, Free at last, Maddog is free at last.

    Scott

I need a person like that!!!

My office and truck is a mess of papers. I have been kicking butt with work and taking care of my customers but the paper work needs help!!!!!! I need to get a person like Pam. This is the first time I have been home in weeks to even post here. AHHHH the life of a contractor!! I can't even make it to the Gas networks gathering and buy my buddy Brad a birthday drink with all this work. I will take some down time though, Deer season is around the corner!!

Darrin, I got 101 pictures on the trail cam in 4 days. Seven different bucks between the food plot and the mineral lick. WAAYYY to many does for a healthy population. Gonna be some venison jerky this fall.
