    Mmmm...

    Sounds familiar.

Remember 1930's Buffalo? The electricity was going to be too cheap to meter.

Remember the electric house of the 50's/60's? Elecetric heat was so economical, we used it with electric BB heating.

Just call me The skeptical, cynical, old curmudgeon.

People in the Hamptons buying green. Yeah. The color of money green, not enviro-green

    It's a start.

I'm a bit skeptical of ANYTHING a Realtor (R cap by spellcheck!) tells me. They would sell their own Mother to get a flipping commission.

I applaud the initiative, but would like to have someone other than a "home inspector" (in MOST cases), give me an opinion.

Don't get me wrong....Green IS good, but the judgment should come from a qualified auditor, and not a real estate brokerage. JMHO. Chris

    This device....

With the keyboard is why this movement is for real. That along with progressive people like Dan,Hot Rod and others who visit other countries with high energy costs and return with trends and product ideas.

This movement is not only for real it is long overdue. Our country has over consumed for decades.Time for frugality and common sense.

I am enjoying seeing this movement unfold !
