No squeaks, no complaints. Easy to use. we just purchased some new equipment to make our installs easier ( thanks to "new guy" Dale ).

    Just go to Viega's website and get your info right from the manufacturer. Follow that and you can't go wrong.

    We've put down thousands of Sq ft and have had no issues whatsoever. The product works as well or better than advertised. I have it under hardwood in my own house and have purposely abused it far beyond what it would normally see. (floor temps >100*, no insulation under the floor, part of it over a dirt crawlspace with no vapor barrier, pretty much anything I could contrive to make a problem. Been down for 5 years with no squeaks, ticks, groans or huge gaps in the hardwood.

  • Heavy plates in the joists cost less and have better output. Labor could be more, less, or the same depending on the particular situation you're looking at.
