    Gortons - Excellent Customer Service

    I want to say how pleased I am with Gorton Heating supplies company, based in NJ. In an earlier post, someone recommended I contact Gorton (Ken Kernz) for technical advice on buying vents for my steam system. Ken was very helpful, friendly, and followed up with information I needed to select the right vents. I just bought the Gortons, and will install each room at a time. It's good to know there are companies we're not outsourcing for everything, and we have good companies here providing old-fashioned customer service. Thanks Ken.
