Boldt Castle and the St Lawrence River

I just recently visited the River again and got some pictures to share with you guys. The most important ones for this forum of course are the radiator and piping pics.
It seems that it was heating by hot water in some parts and some sort of double pipe steam system for the castle itself. Unfortunately the castle has been in disrepair for sometime now as any one who has visited this area would know much about. My Mom used to take rides to Heart Island in the 60's where you could walk freely about and stare at all the graffiti and damage over the years since George Boldt himself had last visited. There was a boiler room but no boiler. There were no rads hoked up in the castle as well as no fixtures, switch plates, etc. You name it, they took it. What a tragedy. . .
The rad had no markings on it (The one on the ground). The strange thing about it was the holes on the bottom sections which must have been supported against a wall with a 1/2 rod or something. By far I think the St. Lawrence River and Thousand Islands are one of the most beautiful places on earth. Enjoy!
