    Baxi follow-up questions

Thanks for the replies from my previous question, but I have a few more. If I go with the Baxi Luna HT 330 and in the future I wanted to add a second bathroom to my house is it possible to add a storage tank to this boiler. And since I live in Massachusetts will the on demand hot water be able to heat the incoming water in the winter? My house is 1400 sq. ft. with one bathroom and just me and my wife. As far as the outdoor reset goes, is this something I can install myself or does it require a tech to reprogram the boiler? Thanks for the help.

Hi, I have an HT330 in my two bath house in NH. I haven't had any problems at all with hot water. Our incoming water temp is 42 degrees and I have had no issues. I thought the same way before I installed my HT. I was my own test dummy. I now promote the HT all day long for a 2 bath house. I only caution my customers if they have a whirlpool that it cannot produce the flow rates that some of the faucets have. But 2 showers at the same time is not a problem for the HT330 provided that the flow restrictors stay in the shower heads. I will check on my boiler to see if it has the contacts to add the HT indirect kit, and enen if it doesn't you can add an indirect at a later date. It would just become another heat zone. However you would have to "valve off" the plate exchanger. It would also not be prioritized. Again though, I an 100 % confident that you will be happy with the HT for2 showers....
