Ever see a L&R 90?

in THE MAIN WALL
once a couple years ago, skeered me to death, we were "loosening" the nipple into it and it wasn't getting looser, so I took a closer look at the threads, and quickly reversed the wrench.

    I was working in this place,

    installing A Prestige 250,,,now I have seen many L&R nipples, but NEVER saw a L&R 90°(cast-iron), anybody else?
