    In floor hydronic w recirc hot water

    I'm building a 2,500 sf ICF home w in-floor hydronic heat and want to use a gas, demand heater for the heat and an integrated recirculating hot water system. Is that a workable idea? How best to do it and avoid he dread "cold water sandwich " problem? Thanks.
