EDR chart for common steam rads?

When I did the EDR calcs for the rads in my house 3 years ago, I thought I used a document that I found here. I didn't buy the E.D.R. all-encompassing book, it was a general reference. I cannot find it now. I have a vague recollection it was a $10 downloadable file put together by someone and the $10 was a charitable donation. Am I even close?
