Split loop ???

It's easier, and would tend to equalize the supply and return sides better than tying all the returns together would. Plus, if your return and supply manifolds have a valve at each takeoff, it would let you shut down any section of the system for repair if needed.

Split Loop ???
I am currently involved in a retrofit from Warm Air to installing baseboard. I have a couple of questions in regards to split loops and wondering if what I am considering will work. Here's the scoop. I did the heatloss and sized the baseboard for 160 degrees. I am usuing a Baxi HT boiler. I have an issue on the first zone. I will have a combined total of approx 160-170 feet of pex/copper. It has 22 feet of high cap, and 27 feet of low cap, and a towel bar, plus leader lengths. I am going to split off the high cap which is the longest run. I want to come off the pump, and split the supply loop, which is 3/4" pex. If I split the high cap, it will be a total run of approx 110 feet. I am using an Alberta tee manifold for both supply and return. My question is should the returns be tied together as one return, or each brought back to their own space on the return bar ? This is my first time working with a split loop.0 -
Why don't you just do monoflo it would be easier0
