under cabinet hot water heat

What type of under cabinet units are avialable with a fan to place under a base cabinet in the kitchen. We have hot water heat in the house with perimeter fin tube units on the outside walls, but as part of a remodel have placed kitchen cabinets on the outside wall requiring the removel of the preexisting fin tube units. Where can we buy these units, from what suppliers, web sites of suppliers etc. preferably in Minnesota. John

There's a bunch of 'em...
Myson comes to mind.
Better yet, throw some radiant in the area, think ~30 BTU's / S.F. using plates if the floor is going to be tiled - I'd forget the toe-kick heater and just do radiant. If the walls and window jams are open - pack the daylights out of them and expaning-foam the window jams to framing joint, you'll never get a better bang for the buck.

Beacon Morris / Embassy
Here is a piece of literature on Beacon Morris units. Been selling for years. A good unit. Both have a switch built in to front grill to allow you to help control output or turn it off completely.0 -
heat the countertop
if you are getting granite. I run radiant under the granite, it is a great heat emitter. Bob Gagnon

Heat the countertop?
Interesting idea Bob, but do you think that would be wise if preparing food stuffs on-it?
