Lennox receives David Weekly Partners of Choice Award

(DALLAS, TX – August 21, 2007) – Cited for exceptional customer service, Lennox received the coveted Partners of Choice Award from David Weekley Homes, the nation's third largest privately held home builder. Lennox received an "A” in service. Of 150 companies surveyed, only 18 were recognized.

"Lennox has enjoyed an over 10-year relationship with David Weekley Homes,” said John Webster, Lennox director, residential new construction. "Since the inception of the National Trading Partners Survey program, Lennox territory managers and our residential new construction (RNC) dealers have worked extremely hard to provide exceptional customer service for our customers. Receipt of this prestigious award exemplifies and validates their efforts and is a result of the exceptional customer service provided by our Lennox RNC dealers. They are to be congratulated.”

The award criteria and selection are based on the National Trading Partners Survey, a quarterly review of approximately 150 suppliers rated annually by approximately 1,000 team members of David Weekley Homes. Suppliers are rated based on quality and service. Each suppliers' numeric scores are averaged, and an alpha rating is assigned relative to its ranking with David Weekley's other national trading partners. Alpha ratings range from A to F in 20% increments.

"This survey is truly unique, for it challenges our national trading partners to actively manage the entire supply chain. To be world-class means companies must look beyond their four walls in creating value in the eyes of their customers,” said Bill Justus, VP, supply chain services, David Weekley Homes. "The survey takes the conceptual to the practical by quantifying our partner's success in providing goods and services in an effective, efficient manner.”

Founded in 1976, David Weekley Homes is headquartered in Houston and operates in 18 cities across the United States. Since inception, David Weekley Homes has closed more than 50,000 homes with 2006 revenues exceeding $1.5 billion.
