G'morning,
I'm going to have a Burnham PVG-4 boiler installed. What is the approximate flue gas temperature for such a unit. It is rated at 85.4% AFUE and 90000Btu output.
Thanks

If the boiler is running correctly the minimum flue temperature should be 170 degrees higher than the water temperature then usually no more than 270 degrees higher than the water temperature. Anything less is underfired, anything more is usually poor transfer or overfired.0
