I have installed raident heat through the whole house. Cryotec was installed also. I noticed that my pex tubbing is getting dark grey. Is this normal? If not can I clean the system with viniger to get the grey out will it hurt the oxygen barrier that is in the tubing, and start over with the cryotec.

It's not uncommon
for the fluid to darken.
Was the system cleaned and flushed before the glycol was added? Was the glycol mixed with DI water? Both of these steps would help assure the fluid stays healthy.
Take a fluid sample and check the ph. This is one of the indicators that the fluid has, or is going bad. The label on thew container should tell you the ideal range for that fluid.
Also check the freeze protection level.
