Vacuum Steam System

I'm looking for someone to make a site visit on a job located in Brooklyn,N.Y. I can explain the details over the phone to whom ever responds. I expect to pay for the services rendered. I have to solve this problem for the client who paid very good money for a boiler replacement made about one year ago. Briefly, it relates to one part of the house that just does not get hot & the boiler never reaches pressure. I along with the Installer am convinced that the boiler is sized properly but we've come to the conclusion we need help. I'll leave all contact information below.
