Besides my awful cell phone camera. Apparently the whole development was done this way. Told the customer I could fix it at minimal cost but he said why bother it works ok. The did pump away anyway lol

With my limited knowledge of forced hot-water systems I would say the expansion tank is in zero gravity and is confused which way is up and which way is down.0 -

Its not a small house either. On a cold day I cant see the water in the baseboard being much more than 140 - 150 maybe.0 -

Tie the return in at the relief port?
If so what did they do with the relief valve?0 -
Don't see a vacuum relief installed on the BoilerMate either.
