Oil Nozzles

Unfortunately it sounds like it’s to late to coat them with anything. The colors you’re describing indicate that they are contaminated and for the price of a nozzle verse’s a return call (at no charge) to your customer in my opinion just isn’t worth the risk or the lost revenue.

    Oil nozzles

I have some old nozzles in stock and several of them have a bluish/greenish/blackish moldish looking stuff on them .What kind of oil can I coat them in, inside of the plastic nozzle case that they come in?

They come with a coating of oil . I thinking the problem is your storage or they been stocked too long . I only seen this problem will my old obsolete nozzles used on Gulf Econo and Blue Rays....

    Old nozzles

Hay Big Ed,these nozzles are stocked on board the truck in Delavan boxes and some are 5 years or older. Trying to have a few of a lot of nozzles for that "new" customer,so repairs can be made "on the spot".Standard size and special size for existing customers is not the problem. Thanks

Techman, look at some of Hago W orange top nozzles, they aren't hollow or soild somewhere in between. They will work on both odd and the not so odd everytime, real space and $tock saver. We use them all the time, just write unit down until next time back for proper nozzle. P.S. sometimes we use them when normal nozzle is out of stock with-out any problems. John@Reliable
