Crete-Heat is now stocked through out Maine,New Hampshire, Mass.and R.I.It is represented by R.S.T.in those States. As with any new product, distrubution takes time.As far as price goes, compare it now. Crete-Heat 2" now has a R-value of 10. "Mushrooms" are 3" apart(more thermal mass between tubing). Check it out at www.crete-heat.com

Crete-Heat
Has anyone seen or have used Crete-Heat on a project. I would like your feed back.0 -
Tried to use. Had a terrible time with availability. Used e-z panel instead. Essentially the same stuff only smaller "mushrooms" and it is black. It was also less money. I think FIA is the rep. It was extremely easy to use. All of my slab projects are now getting e-z panel. 1200 sq' laid out and tubed solo in less than five hrs. Not bad for first time with product.

Crete-Heat
The avalability of Crete-Heat in Maine Has changed. It is now stocked at Redlon & Johnson. Some of the advantages of Crete-Heat other than being GREEN is that the "mushrooms" are 3" apart giving more thermal mass between the tubing and the "mushrooms". As far as pricing goes insulation prices go up and down with the cost of oil, who ever buys on price alone?

Pictures of the install
Hey Ken,
Do you have any pictures of the install? I always think it looks easier inthe pictures that the manufacturer supplies. Did that 5 hours include laying the EZ and putting in the tubing?

All included. Cutting the first course went easy with a table saw!! No camera that day. I have another coming soon, will snap away then.
