Obviously the problem is with your system, but as your service company they should diagnose and recommend a permanent fix to the problem rather than just replace boilers. Do you have any buried returns?

three boilers in the past 25 years!!!
I had to replace my steam furnace (boiler) three years after I bought my home. I had to replace THAT boiler within 9 years!! Now, I have to replace the second boiler after another 13 years!! The two boilers I replaced were due to rusting out and the comapny has indicated to me the problem is mine and not theirs. While I have had to add what I believe to be waaaay too much water during the heating season, I cannot find any "major" source of leaks nor obvious steaming. HELP, this is costing me a fortune!!!

"Buried returns"? Not sure I catch your "drift"...?

Duh, buried returns---I got it!! Took me a second (few minutes actually!). No, no buried returns. And, I may have mislead with my first post---it is the manufacturer of the boiler who has disavowed any responsibility, not the installer.0 -
There's
leaks in the system that must be fixed. Buried returns are pipes buried under the basement floor, quite common for them to rot out.The excessive makeup water is what's causing your problem, find and fix the leaks.

Leaks
Oops, I missed that it was the manufacturer. As Robert said, from your description the problem is a leak and the oxygen dissolved in the makeup water. That water is going somewhere, and I doubt the leak has anything to do with the boiler(s).0
