Dwyer 1200 vent seals

in THE MAIN WALL
My Dwyer is leaking fluid, and the problem is due to the vent seals failing, not the O'rings on the valve body. Where these seals originally O'rings,or flat rubber washers? (Mine are flat, but then again the kit is over 20 years old.) I'm wondering if the fluid kit includes all the seals, or just the outer O'ring.
