Most outdoor wood furnaces are un-pressurized vessels. Generally they are not glycoled, but do need a HX to keep them separate of the pressurized Ultra side of things.

Piping generally involves a primary secondary as you never want to flow through the un-fired appliance from the fired one.

Define the loads and the required supply temperaturesa and BTU requirements. Then build any mixing devices for the low temperature zones. It does entail a bit of piping to make it all happen.

    piping for a wood boiler

    Where can I find a schematic for piping a wood fired boiler.This job will use the Wood boiler for basement floor radiant, Ultra fin radiant under wood floors (high temp) aqnd possible snow melt. Glycol in this boiler? Buffer tank? Thanks in advance for your help. Harvey
