Building cooling equations

I am an electrical engineer and have a building that has a lot of heat input. I need to know the equations (with an explaination of the variables used) for cooling it with air flow.
I would also like to know how much air conditioning (in tons or BTU's) that would be needed to cool the building to 80 dergees F. In this scenario, I could move the exsisting fans (which are for cooling engine radiators) completely outside the building, however the heat input would remain the same.
Please see the attached diagram (in excel) and ask further questions if needed.
