MOST IMPORTANT
Make sure the fill and vent pipe are removed. If unable, then fill them with cement. Too many times, a house that had the tank - but not the pipes removed, someone delivers to the wrong address, and you are the one left with a surprise in the basement. You do not want to be the one this happens to.0
