FPS Velocity calculation

Can somebody point me to a chart of velocity for various size pipes, per flow rate? (or give me a formula) I will be pumping 7 gpm through 1" Kitec PAP. I would like to know what the fluid velocity will be, so I can (try to) calculate heat loss (temperature drop) through a proposed underground insulated run. Thanks in advance
