Judge Nickerson is a no-nonsense guy. That bozo picked the wrong judge to challenge.

Judge Nickerson presided over the Christa Worthington murder trial and set a standard for herding jurors who did not toe the line.

I see at least one of these slackers every time I have jury duty. Good to see a judge deal with one of them properly.

I was on a jury once where some clown pulled this kind of stunt. The Judge had him held for contempt the entire time that we were empaneled and deliberating! When we were done he was released.

It's not the actual proceedings, but the DRAWN out crap to which you have to wade through. If you think it's a privilege, great,.Me It's a Very big and expensive waste of my time!!!
