    Does someone have a steam boiler piping diagram?

    Can someone supply a Steam boiler Piping diagram? Low pressure steam supplying a heat Ex. Piping diagram showing major components. 80 HP steam Boiler 2 pipe system.

    I would start with the manufacturer's recommendations always.

    Any "generic" diagram any of us might furnish may not take into account the particular boiler's geometry and requirements.

    Start there. As for the HEX and other good things, Bell and Gossett and Taco have diagrams in their literature.

    Spirax-Sarco also has a book worth getting called "Hook-Ups" (it has nothing to do with your last weekend in Las Vegas; it involves piping and hey, wait a minute...maybe it does.)
