I recently saw this ad in the Contractor(April) about hydronic pump control stations. Check it out if you have a copy. The website is www.hpscontrols.com. ph: 1-800-708-1051.

Heating Box Panel
Working on a large condo project - 100 unit Condo.
Engineer has specified Rinnai Commercial Tankless heaters for Dual Purpose installation. This system is both Potable supply and Radiant Tube space heating(MAX 14 MBH per suite)
Looking @ the Heating Box Panel from AQ ENERGY as the control panel.
Has any Wallies installed or have experience with these Heating Boxes.
System is an open potable application, therefore no HEX Separation.

Heating Box
I have installed two systems using "The Heating Box" it is a very fine unit and I have had no problems with the systems what so ever.
I would not even consider an open system as there can be issues with stale water, contaminated water etc.
The only problem is the code requirement here in Wisconsin for double wall heat exchangers. You might want to check on this.
Otherwise the engineering and hookups are very easy to work with.Contact me if you want more info.
