Heating pool with Heat from the existing AC

Was cleaning my gas pool heater as the fan from my AC was blowing up my back wondering why I cant use one to help the other. I need a small tank with a heat exchanger in side . pump the hot freon on the inside thru the hx coil, and the cool pool water thru the tank with the coil inside the tank. How could you guess a size and what kind of stainless steel hx are available???
