I have a customer looking for an old floor cast iron main return grate ( roughly 2' x 2'). I am located outside philly. It doesn't have to be in perfect condition, as it will be used in outdoor deck over condensor a shaddy contractor put under a deck with 10" between deck and top of condensor. Before you say it, the condensor can't be moved anymore because deck was just enlarged to entire yard (townhouse community). Just a bad situation I am trying to get to work a little better.

Reggio Registers
I have purchased registers from this company and they are of excellent quality:

Here is the catalog page with 24x24...not cheap.

I second Reggio
They do have a "Printable Size Chart" (attached) which indicates grilles in the 29.5" square (32x32 OD) range as the largest and do have a 24x24 ID grille too which is 26.5" square. Check them out."If you do not know the answer, say, "I do not know the answer", and you will be correct!"
