Portland, OR:

Precision Hydronic Products introduces a new line of hydraulic separators and canisters ranging from a simple hydraulic separator that provides quick and easy primary/secondary piping to complete canister systems utilizing system and zone pumps.

Seven patent pending products comprise this latest offering from PHP, the industry’s most innovative manufacturer. The Mini-Sep™, Low-Loss Header™, Low-Loss Header Plus™, Sep-Can™, Sep-Can Plus™, and the Allcan™ complement PHP’s existing wall panel/zoning and boilerpak modular systems.

The Mini-Sep™ and Mini-Sep Plus™ are economical small hydraulic separators that allows fast completion of primary/secondary piping for many different boilers. Included are an air vent and convenient fill valve. The Min-Sep™ may be piped from either side to accommodate installation layouts. The Mini-Sep Plus™ adds and expansion tank and mounting bracket.

To add zoning, the Low-Loss Header (LLH™) and Low-Loss Header Plus (LLH-Plus™), which can also be piped from either side for primary/secondary piping, provides additional piping for zone supply and return connections. The Low-Loss Header is a basic piping “tree” that will accept field-installed pumps. The Low-Loss Header Plus™ is a complete package including a fill valve, expansion tank, pumps, and mounting bracket. The Grundfos® pumps use end-suction flanges to allow for a compact primary/secondary zoning package.

The Sep-Can™ and Sep-Can Plus™ are similar to the LLH™ and LLH-Plus™ in that they are available as stripped down versions (Sep-Can™) and as a complete package including hydraulic separation, air elimination, expansion tank, fill valve, primary and secondary pumps, and mounting bracket (Sep-Can Plus™). These units are intended to install under bottom-piped, wall-mounted condensing boilers.

The Allcan™ completes this product offering. This is a hydraulic separator with a high-quality air separator built-in. It is the space-saving complete solution for any boiler. Using Grundfos® pumps with end-suction flanges allows the top two pumps to be swiveled up and the bottom two pumps to be swiveled down to accommodate installation requirements. The Allcan comes with a wall mounting bracket, fill valve, expansion tank, internal air separator, primary and secondary pumps.

The Low-Loss Header™, Low-Loss Header Plus™, Sep-Can™, Sep-Can Plus™, and Allcan™ include primary loop “tees” for an indirect water tank kit. Mixing valve kits are available for the Sep-Can Plus™, and Allcan™. The Allcan™ may also be used as an injection module by varying its system pump’s output with a variable speed controller. An option using Taco in-line pumps is available with all pump packages.

    Thanks.

I'd rather be with Goldie. I still get the shivers when I think of the Laugh In days.

    Shiver me Timbers

I still get the shivers when I think of the "Overboard" and "Private Benjamin" days. Kurt Russell (a might fine actor in my estimation) is one lucky SOB.
