Added radiators in my basement

I added 3 radiators in my basement. Supplied each one off the supply line. I added a tee on the return line, next to the boiler, to which I added another taco return pump. One pump for the second and third floors and one for the basement. The pumps will both run when calling for heat or the inside temp is hot enough. However, I know I did something wrong because certain radiators won't heat up (Mostly the second floor). Is water backfeeding? Any help would be great. Thanks Sean

Questions
Without a drawing of your piping, it is difficult to say. You tee'ed off the common supply line that feeds all of the floors? Is there a separate return line for each floor?
Are these cast iron or steel panel radiators? Are you sure there is no air in the upper floor radiators? Do you have an automatic air eliminator? Do you have a diaphragm expansion tank? What is your static fill pressure?0 -
I did tee off the common supply line that feeds the upper floors. Not sure if there is a seperate return for each floor but I do know they all come together before going through the return pump back into the boiler. This is where I added the tee and return pump for the basement radiators. These are all cast iron radiators with an expansion tank. I did bleed all the air out of the radiators when filling and after running the boiler for sometime. Here is a very rough drawing but hopefully it helps.0
