Bio diesel or waste oils?

The company who makes the burner is INVO8 International. The have waste oil burners up to 1 mil BTU's, but now they have a multi fuel burner. They have tested with Bio diesels and waste vegetable oils. The boiler of choice up to 300,000 BTU's is a Viessmann Vitola. They said it has the best performance and very little to no sooting. Most restaurants use enough vegetable oil to produce all of their DHW needs and many could also do much of their space heating.
