    That reminds me of Murray,

big brother of my buddy Hamish, who, being colour blind failed his test into the RAF... so, he took up making HUGE remote controlled aeroplanes ....to dive Bomb us when we were out in the punt :)

A definite Rush of emotions *~/:)

Forget the stagged stuff... Here is how to go fishing - really

Here is a somewhat amaturish video from a real fishing trip. No cutaway shots from another camera angle about someone trying to start their motor.

This is really fishing - and I think I'm headed south my next fishing trip.

    Asian Carp

There's an electric barrier across the Sanitary and Ship Canal which connects the Mississippi river via the Illinois and Des Plaines rivers with the Great lakes just north of Lockport, Illinois. It has proved succesful as I'm pretty sure no asian carp have been found north of the barrier. If they did they would enter the Great Lakes via the chicago river and......Of course, funding is low and the barrier is reaching the end of it's life expectancy.

Now...about those zebra mussels which came to the Great Lakes in the ballast tanks of ocean going freighters?????

Oh well, we fight the good fight.
