The Buderus pump station has many features such as the pressure by valve, shut offs in the supply and return lines, flow check on the supply, temperature gauges to help set delta T, 3 speed Grundfos circulator (90,000 Btu's at 10 feet of head), unionized connections, all in cased in a insulated cover to stop heatloss. We also offer a "mixing station" which has the same features mentioned above along with a motorized mixing valve. Thanks for the input regarding the stations!

Buderus Pump Stations

My heating contractor wants to install a Buderus wall hung boiler(GB142/24) with Myson radiators using the new Buderus pump stations. He claims it will negate the use of thermostats by using TRV's. However, my concern is with the fact the pump stations will always be on even though no zone is calling for heat.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Pump Station

The GB124 will shut down the pump station if not needed and terper the supplied heating water.. The thermostats would adjust the heat curve per room. The pump station has a pressure bypass just incase all radiators shut down . Nice system , good investment ,enjoy.....
