  • Burnham Summer Training Camps

Just a little note to let all of you know that we are kicking off the Summer portion of our one day Training Camps in the New England, New Jersey and New York areas in a couple of weeks. We just wrapped up the Spring portion of the Training program with 13 venues throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and all were very well attended. Thanks to all who attended these earlier seminars.

I have attached a link to our on-line registration form where you can sign up on line, Fax or Mail it in. These seminars are full day seminars covering a ton of "need to know" information to help you and your techs make every installation the best one you ever did! One of the operating boiler demonstration trucks will be on hand at these training camps with either a working Freedom Mod/Con boiler or MPO boiler along with all of our other new products, including Megasteam. Cost is $49.00 per person which includes lunch, door prizes and several other surprises. Thanks to Dan for allowing me to get the word out to all of you!

    Sorry Glenn

I won't be able to attend, as much as I'd love to. There's nothing far enough south for me.

  • Jeff

Sorry you missed out on it but the first phase of this was earlier this Spring and encompassed Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. All were very well attended and several companies ended up sending more of their people across state borders to later meetings just to take it in.

  • Schedule Update

Just a note to let you folks in Maine and New Hampshire know that we have moved the Seminars in Bangor, Manchester and Portland back a bit to September 25th, 26th and 27th respectively. This is due mostly to the very short time frame that we had to get the June dates publicized and promoted.

For those of you that have already signed up for the June 19th-21st dates, you will be contacted personally today or tomorrow. We hope this doesn't cause any conflicts with your schedules. We just wanted to allow more time to properly promote these meetings and to allow more of you to sign up. I will post a revised schedule on Thursday after the NEFI Show is over. Thanks!

of all people , you would never think that i would have missed

a class...signed up for it and then work got the upper hand and i blew by the class that day on the new gas fired condensing unit. :( Luckily i met Glenn (from Mechanical Sales )and the Burnham rep Ron :) , at a supply house just before they had a chance to leave...we burned some daylight in the parking lot and ripped along over the rip sheet 90 to nothing :)

Your company has great people Glenn. The guys flagging the aeroplanes down and zipping around the country side spreading the Word do a heck of a job.

That would have been Ron Beck that you probably met last week. He was out in the Seattle area and then in Alaska the better part of last week. And yes he does chase those planes about quite a bit! Glad you got to meet them and too bad you missed the class.

For you folks in the Albany, NY and Fishkill, NY areas, we are coming your way in just a few weeks. We'll be in Albany on July 10th at The Desmond and in Fishkill on the 11th at the Holiday Inn. Hope to see you there!

  • Revised Summer Training Camp Schedule

Here is a revised Summer Training Camp schedule and signup sheet. The one on our web site should be modified as well very shortly. By popular request we will be adding one more stop this summer in the Philly area. I will let you know as soon as the venue has been secured. This one will probably be held in the King of Prussia area.

In a few weeks the Albany and Fishkill camps will be alive with activity. These are filling up but there are still seats available. As the voice in the movie "Field of Dreams" stated, "If you build it....they will come". You folks out there have asked for the training, we have built it and now its time for you to come! See you there!
