New hot water boiler and radiant heat

I have about 300 ft of radiant pex floor heat(9,000 BTU).Its run off a domestic hot water heater(run very good).I'm going to install a new hot water boiler for BB heat. Some boilers come with high and low manifolds, others don't What would be the best way of hooking the radiant pex into the new boiler.Would a 3 way mixing valve or the low manifold of a new boiler.

boiler and pex
You will need to have some method of mixing the water to get the temp you need for the radiant, which will be significantly lower than the BB loop.. a three-way mixer will work for manual operation, which isn't very efficient. You can use a motorized valve or variable speed injection with a TEKMAR or like control for maximum control and efficiency, and outdoor reset.0
