I bought one to check it out. Its absolute crap. The manual reads like a comic book writen by a ten year old. There absolutly no customer support. The thermostat for the customers hot water controll and room temp conroll are imposible to explain to the homeowner, and yes parts are imposible to find. They way I lay it out for my customers when they are asking about a product that I feel is trashy. Is to tell them shop some other contractors get other bids don't use me just dont put that thing in your house. almost every time they apreaceate the honesty and use me without getting other bids.

    Quietside Boiler???

We are bidding against a Quietside boiler. They are very inexpensive compared to other mod-cons. Anyone had any experience with them?

    Cheap Korean Junk

Ask them where are they gonna get parts for it?
Call a few of your HVAC distributors for the homeowner and ask if any carry parts for it.
